Healthy Speed Cooking is simple without many frills!

The ingredients are manageable, created for one person and just cooked out of one pot.

Who says Slow Food has to be cooked slowly? My concept shows successfully that healthy food doesn´t need much time and energy. So I don´t take it to serious measuring the ingredients. This saves a lot of work and makes cooking uncomplicated.

 

What should I say, turn the heat on and let’s go!
